3. If you're using ClassWallet Direct Pay, upload the invoice we send you. If you purchased through Amazon, Walmart, Barnes & Noble, Bookshop, or Books-A-Million and are requesting reimbursement, download the itemized invoice from your order (not the shipping confirmation email) and submit it through ClassWallet's Reimbursement option.
4. Orders ship within business days of payment confirmation. Reimbursement requests typically take 10–20 business days to process through ClassWallet. This is standard for the program and outside our control.
